UNDP hands over a batch of Desmopressin to Turkmenistan's Ministry of Health and Medical Industry.

UNDP donated a batch of Desmopressin to Turkmenistan's Ministry of Health and Medical Industry for the treatment of endocrine and neurological diseases.
According to UNDP social media, a total of 10,000 vials were donated for a total of 256 000 USD.
The drug was purchased with funds provided by the Turkmen government as part of the 2021-2023 project for the procurement of drugs and medical products for the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases. UNDP and the Turkmen government are collaborating on this project, which has a budget of more than 92 million US dollars.
