Ministry of Health and the Council of Europe Office organise a two-day conference to discuss the action plan in Armenia

The Ministry of Health and the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan jointly organised a two-day conference as part of the «The Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2023-2026», in which Minister of Health Anahit Avanaesyan also participated.
The two-day conference, which began on February 25th, emphasised the inextricable link between the Ministry of Health and the working medical consultants, creating an opportunity to make real and tangible reforms. The First Deputy Minister of Health, Lena Nanushyan, welcomed the MOH consultants.
"Rules of professional ethics of a medical worker" and the draft order "Main specialties and narrow specialisations in the field of healthcare" were the two main topics discussed during this two-day conference. 55 consulting doctors formed focus groups, discussed viewpoints within the groups, and then had an impromptu discussion outside the focus groups, according to their professional guidelines.
