Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Health announced that the digital outpatient card is now operational.
The card started working that started work in pilot mode allows for the storage and management of patient medical data, as well as real-time access for medical personnel.
The system includes a digital record of patients' medical histories, centralised data storage, integration with laboratory and diagnostic systems, and a doctor's appointment schedule.
The system is intended to make medical personnel's jobs easier. It enables the generation of reports and analytics for incident statistics and resource planning.
The digital outpatient card is being integrated with the digital health profile, which will allow the population to receive all of their personal medical data in one place.
